American Heritage Girls Troop FL 1816 Joins Nonprofit’s Mission to Honor the Families of the Fallen

Palm Beach Gardens, FL (September 16, 2026) – Believe With Me, a nonprofit dedicated to serving the families of America’s fallen military heroes, will welcome volunteers from American Heritage Girls (AHG) Troop FL 1816 on September 19, 2026, as the local troop marks AHG’s National Day of Service by giving back to Gold Star families in Palm Beach Gardens.

“Every hand that reaches out to support a Gold Star family carries the weight of gratitude a grieving family needs to feel,” said Lyette Reback, Founder of Believe With Me. “Watching these girls choose service on a day meant to celebrate their own organization says everything about the character they’re building — and it’s exactly the kind of support that keeps our promise to these families alive.”

Believe With Me has reached more than 15,000 Gold Star families nationwide since its founding, providing programs, community, and tangible support to the spouses and children left behind by fallen service members. Reback founded the organization in honor of her father, a Marine, whose service and sacrifice inspired her mission.

AHG Troop FL 1816’s visit is part of the national organization’s annual National Day of Service, which coincides with AHG’s birthday each year. Since 2012, AHG troops nationwide have marked the occasion by serving their communities rather than receiving gifts of their own — this year, Troop FL 1816 is directing that spirit of service toward Believe With Me’s mission of honoring the fallen.
